Parking on Main Street is metered and limited. There is more metered parking at the municipal lot on City Hall Avenue. The hours that are metered are 8-6 Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday. On Thursday, parking is metered from 8-9 and on Sundays parking is free.
You can pay at the kiosks and leave the time slip in your car window or pay online. Free parking can be found at the Torrington Plaza, but it is a couple blocks away so that's only recommended in good weather.
